WILLIAM MEANS RHETT III, their son, simply decided to start painting in 2002 when he was eighteen, never having done so before (since his kindergarten days). His preference is to paint realistic landscapes and creek scenes in oils, a fifth generation up-and-coming young artist in the family. However, he too is branching out into watercolors and graphite drawings as well.
